By accessing or using Programmable Art (www.programmableart.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use of Programmable Art constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes to these terms.
Programmable Art is a generative art platform featuring SOL—unique sunrise paintings. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
To access certain features of Programmable Art, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
Your art. You own the artwork generated through the platform. Once a piece is created through your use of the platform, all rights to that specific image belong to you. You are free to use, display, reproduce, or sell your generated artwork as you see fit.
Our platform. Programmable Art retains all rights to the underlying algorithm, software, code, design, and platform infrastructure. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to Programmable Art's technology, trademarks, or proprietary systems.
Programmable Art offers museum-quality giclée prints of your generated artwork. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
All sales are for physical prints. Digital downloads or reproductions are not included unless explicitly stated.
Prints are produced to order and typically ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Programmable Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
For details on returns, exchanges, and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy. If you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Programmable Art is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Programmable Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of prints. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but your ownership of previously generated artwork remains intact.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Programmable Art shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Programmable Art after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
