Returns

We want you to love every piece you receive from SOL. Because each print is made-to-order and truly one-of-a-kind, our return policy is limited — but your satisfaction is always our priority.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked. We'll send a full replacement or issue a complete refund, whichever you prefer.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include a few photos showing the issue. This helps us resolve things quickly and improve our process.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your print hasn't entered production yet. Once printing begins, we're unable to cancel — but we're confident you'll love the result.

Non-Returnable Items

Because every SOL print is custom-made to order — generated uniquely for you and printed on museum-quality giclée paper — we are unable to accept returns for prints that are not damaged or defective. Each piece is created just for you, making it impossible to restock or resell.

How to Request a Return or Refund

We keep it simple. Contact us with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible — usually within one business day.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.
